Third Grade Puppet Show continues the Tradition

The Christmas season would not be complete without the annual Third Grade Puppet Show. Each year Mrs. Grimes has the third graders select a character from the nativity story. They then must create a sock puppet for their character. Many of the students keep their puppets long after they leave HVCS and the younger students look forward to this fun Third grad tradition.

In an interview with Mrs. Grimes by third grader Daniel Shultz for the HVCS Times, he reports that this is the 15th year of the Nativity Puppet Show. Donations are collected and used for their service project. This year the funds will be given to the Salvation Army.
