II. Deposit - A $400 deposit is required with the enrollment agreement.  It is non-refundable and is a part of the total tuition for the academic year.  There is also a $125 Registration Fee that will be due in August on the night of registration. This is an annual fee. Families with more than one child will be charged $125 for the first child and $75 for each additional sibling.

III. New students: There is a "new student application/assessment" fee of $100 that is due when a prospective student is scheduled to visit for assessment.

IV. Payment plans - the following payment plans are available:
-Payment in full due August 1
-Two payments are due August 1 and January 1
-Nine or twelve monthly payments depending on date of enrollment.
-A late fee will be charged when payment is received after the 15th of the month.

All fees must be paid in order for parents to receive their child's report card at the end of the year or for records to be sent to other schools.  Delinquent accounts are turned over to a collection agency.  The parent/guardian is responsible for all fees associated with the collection of the debt.

V.  Textbooks - Textbook and material fees are included in tuition costs.  Students are responsible for providing their own supplies from the supply list given at the beginning of the year.  Students are also responsible for maintaining their textbooks in good condition.  They will be billed for any damaged or lost books.

VI.   Lunches - A prepared lunch is provided at an additional charge.  Milk and juice can be ordered for the year at an additional charge.

VII. Field trips - Field trips that cost less than $10 are paid through tuition.  This takes care of the majority of any daytime field trips the students may take.  Overnight field trips and more costly field trips will need to be paid in a timely manner before the trip is taken.
