Alumni Accomplishments

Can you remember some of your favorite moments at HVCS….

Pulling up on the bus at Jekyll Island, GA. For the environmental camp and the trip home and stopping in Atlanta at the Varisty.

How about the Pink Panther or the Turkey showing up each year as we collected for the food drive.

 Another favorite is the 3^rd grade garage sale and earning all that money for good behavior to spend on just that special item!

We have some new features here at HVCS, the Science ECO is one Favorite, another is our 4^th/5^th grade choir!

Recent high school graduate Houston Settles can be found at Ole Mississippi after graduating this past year from David Brainerd

Taylor Gibson  the University of Tennessee at Knoxville after attending McCallie School.

Kaleigh Toole emailed us to say she will be a senior next year at Baylor and continues to stay in close touch with friends Tripp Wilson, Will Harbinson, and Hayden Sloan.

Elizabeth Thomas is a Senior at Silverdale Baptist Academy actively involved in drama, co-editor of the yearbook and the varsity bowling team.

Amanda Lee writes to tell us whileat GPS, She has been elected as Senior Class Vice-President, Varsity Crew Captain, Vice-President of our Habitat for Humanity Club, member of the National Honor Society and Beta Club. Her memories of being in plays, playing the flute-a-phone, and making friends are still a part of her life still and the influence of a Christian education were all a part of what made HVCS so important to her.
