Week of Sept. 7-10

Please make sure your child is here every day by 8:00 a.m. If they arrive after that time, they are considered to be tardy.

Dress code is very simple: Khaki and navy bottoms (no cargos please), red, white, navy or ivory golf shirts. All shoes must totally enclose the foot. We prefer them to wear sneakers every day. We have the students call home if they are not in the proper dress code. They may not wear clothing that advertises another school, even on free dress days,in order to promote school spirit. They will need to bring their PE clothes to school on Monday and Wednesday. These are black, gray, navy or khaki athletic shorts (mid-thigh length) and any HVCS t-shirt or Presidential Physical Fitness shirt. Long pants of the same color may be worn during cold weather.

We will do canteen every Friday. Items generally sell for $.50 each. Students who bring in canteen items such as soda or candy will receive a free dress pass. We are in need of sodas - any flavor that is on sale will be great!

Please check your child's teachers' webpages on a daily basis for homework assignments.

This Friday the kids may come dressed up as a superhero or Disney character. This is all part of our 30th anniversary celebration.

Monday, Sept. 13 is the last day to turn in Coke product orders. So far Mrs. Spiesser has only had 2 students turn in orders.  :(
