Study Skills for Spanish
1. Write down the words several times (in your notebook or on a separate sheet of paper). You should also use index cards to write your vocabulary.2. Say the words out loud as much as you can. Walk around your house saying these words. Use movements to remind yourself of what the words mean (just like we do in class). 3. Have someone quiz you on the words using your index cards. 4. Study your words and expressions every night (even if it is just for five minutes a day). 5. Practice listening to the expressions and repeating the expressions on this website. 6. Have a study partner or a study group. Exchange emails with them so that you can ask them questions about the material learned in class or about the homework. 7. Try writing your own short stories using what we have learned in class (just like the short stories we practice in class). 8. Use quizzes and handouts to study for your test. 9. Use the practice tests to study for the real test. 10. Do your homework. 11. Talk to your teacher BEFORE the day of the test if you have any questions. |
