Ice Cream Day-Our ice cream day is being changed from Friday to Thursday. If you want your child to have ice cream, please send him or her with fifty cents.

May 24- End of the year pary until 11:30-We will going to River Park on Amicola Highway.

Assignments -May 20-24 

Math:     There will be no homework this week, but we will continue to work on multiplying two numbers by two numbers. 

Language Arts: We will be doing some writing activities this week. 

Spelling: There will be no test this week. Students will work on review lessons during study hall.

Reading: Students will continue reading Chapters 12-17 in Robinson Crusoe. Daily comprehension questions will be answered and to promote comprehension, murals will be made and scenes acted out. Descriptive paragraphs will be written about each character using the structure words.  

Homework-Some students have been assigned a seperate classic/animal book to read at home. Each should write three-five facts after each chapter. Others should continue to read aloud chapters in Treasure Island that were read in class. Facts should be completed at home NOT during study hall.

  Students will continue reading Chapters 6-10 in  The Invisible Man. Daily comprehension questions will be answered independently. Each will continue coloring characters. Students will write a descriptive paragraph about the main character.

Handwriting: No More Handwriting due this year!.

                                                                                                                                                     Science- We will be studying applied forces  and investigate what can cause objects to move.

 Bible- We will review the books of the Old and New Testament.
