HVCS Before and After School Care Information

Before school care begins at 7:00 a.m. in the school gym. Students will be dismissed from before care at 7:45 to go to class.  After school care begins at 3:20 p.m. for K3 - K5 and at 3:30 p.m. for grades 1-5.  Aftercare ends at 6:00 p.m. Aftercare students will need to bring a juice box. Snacks will be provided. 

 

Before Care

Cost:    7:00 a.m. – 7:45 a.m.                  $2.00

Aftercare:

Cost:  3:30 p.m. – 4:45 p.m.                    $5.00

           4.45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.                     $5.00

Maximum daily charge for aftercare   $10.00

*A sibling discount of 5% per child will be offered for aftercare.

**Additional charges of $10.00 per every five minutes will be posted to your account when a student is picked up after 6:00.  (Documentation of this policy is listed in the Parent Handbook).
