Dear HVCS Families,

Hickory Valley Christian School is hosting its second annual Jog-a-thon and Trike-a-thon on March 29, 2012!  These events will take place during the school day.  Funds from this event and the Holy Smoke BBQ will help HVCS continue to provide the excellent, loving, and nurturing education environment for your children J.

Here are the goals per family that we would like for you to raise in pledges:

-          1 child at HVCS= $75 in pledges

-          2 children at HVCS= $125 in pledges

-          3 or more children at HVCS= $175 in pledges

Remember that HVCS is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization and all donations to the school are tax deductible. We will accept cash or check donations for the Jog-a-thon and Trike-a-thon.  Please be sure all checks are made out to HVCS.  If you have any questions about the Jog-a-thon or Trike-a-thon, please call or email me at jexum@hvcs.org or Ms. Poe at mpoe@hvcs.org.  

Don’t forget to ask for donations from family, friends, neighbors, and co-workers!  If children ask for donations we ask that they not ask strangers unless their parent is with them.  Thank you so much for your support with the BBQ and the Jog-a-thon and Trike-a-thon!

More details will follow in regards to the times the children will participate.  Children will be able to jog, bring their bikes, tricycles, or scooters for this event!
