Payment Plans: Multiple payment plan options available

Deposit: $400 deposit is required with the enrollment agreement. It is non-refundable but part of the total tuition for the academic year.

Fees

New Student Application/Assessment: $100 (Due at the time of assessment) 

Registration: $275 (Due Back to School Night in August). Annual fee which helps to offset the following: curriculum costs, technology upgrades, class parties, art supplies, music, Spanish and PE costs. Fee reduced to $225 after the first child.

Lunch: $5.00/day for meals ordered. Option to bring lunch from home. Milk and Juice can also be ordered for the year at an additional charge.

Extended Day: Before care and after care are available for an additional charge.

Supplies: Students are responsible for providing their own supplies from the supply list for each grade. 

Field Trips: Field trips are an additional cost and will be billed on your monthly statement

Discounts: Offered to members of the military, ministers, alumni and HVCC church members

Train up a child in the way he should go and he will not depart from it when he is grown.
