At Hickory Valley Christian School, we believe the right preschool experience sets the stage for a lifelong love of learning. Beginning at age three, the HVCS preschool nurtures children in an age-appropriate manner that cultivates academic knowledge and social understanding within a loving, Christian environment. Our experienced teachers apply creative, hands-on methods to explore academics like math, pre-reading—even foreign language and science—while increasing students’ desire for kindness and service to others. It all adds up to the school’s mission of fostering creative learning and a Christ-like love of others.
Preschool K-3
Welcome to Pre-K3 at Hickory Valley Christian School! We are so excited to have your child as part of our school family. We believe that aside from salvation, children are the most precious gifts God gives us, and we consider it a privilege that you trust us to care for and teach these most beloved of your gifts.
Preschool K-4
Welcome to K-4 at HVCS! Here in the K-4 Cottage, we strive to provide an opportunity for your child to grow and develop within a nurturing, educational environment. We strive to meet each child where they are and maximize their potential as we get them ready for Kindergarten. Our year will be structured thematically with a different theme each month. Children are encouraged to explore and discover the joy of learning through a variety of hands-on and experiential learning activities. Whether it’s cooking, gardening, or sharing a good book together… There is never a dull moment in K-4!​
